Casual Fridays at Spiderverse! 🕷🕸 I just watched Spider-Man into the Spiderverse and really could not resist drawing some fan art! 😆✨ To everyone who worked on this film 👏👏👏 This movie was refreshing in both narrative and style. I cannot wait to see how animation will start to change and grow outside the mold. 😊 These drawings were inspired by @shiyoon83 ’s drawings and designs. ✨
My design for Times Square. A big part of making our New York more believable was having more detailed signage. By the end we had a pretty big library of graphics. Half of the signs(the better ones) in this shot were painted by our art director Patrick O'Keefe with some from Zac RetzNaveen Selvanathann and Justin Thompson the rest by little ol me. I’ll post bigger versions of my celeb cameos later.
Thank you very much making such a great movie! I couldn’t imagine when I went to the cinema that it will give me so much inspiration and spirit and when I came out I was just so hyped with full of artistic energy and recommended everybody to watch it. So thank you all of the artists who made this awesome piece and I can’t wait for my own copy of the artbook!

@magnumpicactus the sand is on top of really hot coal and is pretty much boiling. The dude is dragging the pot of coffee on it to boil it. Its a traditional turkish way to make turkish coffee and its really good.
